Hampton Beach, NH

Performed a Spiritual Elopement Ceremony for a nice couple on the beach Saturday afternoon. Usually, an off-season event at Hampton is pretty low-key in November, but the temperature was in the mid-70s and the crowds rivaled a mid-summer day – so we had lots of company! The couple received a round of applause upon their marriage pronouncement. All the best N & C!

Atkinson Resort & Country Club

Pronounced a couple married after the groom’s brother had done most of the wedding ceremony at the Country Club on Sunday afternoon. The ceremony was scheduled to be held outside but, for the second week in a row for me, it was driven inside because of rain. About 90 were in attendance. Colors were grayish blue and cranberry. Congrats Dan & Stacey!

Portsmouth Elks

Wed a couple with a Classic Ceremony at the Elks Sunday morning. It was brisk and breezy, but we managed to avoid the rain. About 60 guests were in attendance. As many weddings as I’ve done at the Elks, I had never done one in that particular spot on the grounds. It was to the right of the Elks building as you’re looking at it from the driveway. A nice trellis was set up and it was great for pictures as the water was behind us and made for a nice background. Color was burgundy. All the Best Louis & Caroline!
