It was a bit showery Saturday afternoon, but we managed to dodge the raindrops and wed a great couple outside at the Silver Fountain Inn in Dover. The ceremony had a Celtic Theme and included the concept of Anam Cara or “soul friend.” Here’s the wording for that part of the ceremony…

“On this joyous day, we celebrate the Celtic spirit of Anam Cara. Anam Cara is translated from the Gaelic as “soul friend.” By entering into a partnership with you’re Anam Cara, you are joined in an ancient and eternal way with this person whom you cherish. In everyone’s life there is a soul mate whose love embraces us. We recognize today the soul mate that Nathan and Jaclyn have found in each other. They will now recite their wedding vows in this spirit.”

The ceremony also included a handbinding. Colors were silver and purple. All the Best Jaclyn & Nathan!

Performed a Classic Wedding Ceremony for a fantastic couple in front of about 50 family and friends at Steeple Hall on Saturday afternoon. This was my first wedding at the place and it is truly a wonderful venue! Colors were navy blue, peach, and coral. All the Best Misty & Charlie!

Wed a wonderful couple with a Classic Spiritual Ceremony in front of the anchor by the Trial Gardens at Prescott Park on Sunday afternoon. The weather was sunny, breezy, and a bit cool – even autumnal! The couple was accompanied by a handful of family and friends. Wed a great couple in front of about 70 family and friends with a Classic Wedding Ceremony at Josiah’s Meetinghouse Saturday afternoon. The weather was perfect with sunshine and low humidity. The bride was escorted up the aisle by her uncle. Colors were bright yellow and purple. Perfect couple, perfect day! Congratulations Zac & Heather!
