Three Chimneys Inn

Performed a ceremony at Three Chimneys Inn this past Friday which featured a canine ring bearer! Kenny, a border collie, carried the couple’s rings around his neck in the processional. When it came time for the ring ceremony, I literally asked Kenny for the rings… “Kenny, may I have the rings” at which time the Groom removed the rings from Kenny’s neck and the couple proceeded to the exchange. Kenny did great. I love it when well-behaved pets are part of a wedding ceremony – after all, they are an important part of the family, so they should be there for the important parts of the family’s life.
